Our recap of The In Studio Show isn’t over yet. For this episode, we’re looking back at all the dishes Action Bronson cooked in Midtown New York City. First up, it’s that time we made chicken cutlets fried in olive oil. Next, we had the ultimate spread of classic NYC bagels: from a classic cream cheese spread to an experimental jalapeño and strawberry jam combination. Then, we cooked up some American classics from the South like potato salad and fried chicken. On the next episode, we took a trip to the other side of the world with a delicious selection of Asian dishes like scallion pancakes, larb, and papaya salad. Finally, we tested the limits of the foods that can be made in the style of chicken parmesan with parm-style bagels, chicken cutlets, and even a jerk chicken patty.
