As the Ostland flies at max power to the elven land, Saito and Tiffa are put before the council to decide their fate. Eshmael provoking words causes Saito to lash out, causing the other council members to agree that the barbarians must be destroyed. Will the Ostland make it in time or will a war start with the elves?
Capturés par des ennemis, Louise, Saito et leurs amis planifient une évasion audacieuse en passant par les égouts de la ville. Leur coopération et ingéniosité sont mises à l'épreuve pour retrouver la liberté.
Il Consiglio degli Elfi teme che i maghi del vuoto useranno i propri poteri per sterminarli e quindi Saito e Tiffa rischiano la propria vita. Però gli elfi che li avevano rapiti li aiutano a fuggire e a ricongiungersi con gli amici che intanto erano partiti per una missione di soccorso.
才人とティファニアがさらわれてから1週間。ルイズは一人でエルフの国へ出発しようと決断する。
時を同じくしてエルフの国では、才人とティファニアが評議会に引き出されていた。強硬派のエスマーイルが二人の処刑を声高に主張する。その横暴さに才人は抵抗を試みるのだが、即座に取り押さえられてしまう。
牢に入れられた二人。ティファニアは一人で逃げてと告げる。だが、才人は一緒に居て彼女を守ると力強く言うのだった。その言葉を聞いたティファニアは抑えていた気持ちを才人に告白する…。
사이토와 티파의 처우를 두고 평의회원들은 격론에 휩싸이지만, 강경파의 득세로 분위기는 썩 좋지 않았다.
이에 비다샤르와 루크샤나는 지하수로를 통해 사이토와 티파를 놓아주려 하는데...
한편 루이즈 일행이 탄 오스트란트 호는 엘프 초계함에 발각되고 만다.
Saito y Tiffanía son llevados hasta el concejo de los Elfos, donde los asistentes debaten si deben ser asesinados o aislados debido a la amenaza que representan para sus tierras. Debido a la diversidad de opiniones, deciden encarcelarlos mientras se toma la decisión sobre el futuro de los protagonistas.
