But when he agrees to take a tour of Tokyo with Sakuya, the couple find themselves in an eerie mansion known as the House of the Eternal Pledge. And given that the master of the house is a servant of the same evil force that has been toying with Tenchi since he came to Tokyo, it seems certain that danger lurks within its walls…

Desesperado por disfrutar un día con Tenchi, Ryoko y Ayeka deciden tomar las medidas necesarias para forzar la apertura del túnel dimensional, lo que hace que Tenchi decida que sería mejor pasar el tiempo fuera del apartamento. Pero cuando acepta hacer un recorrido por Tokio con Sakuya, la pareja se encuentra en una mansión misteriosa conocida como la Casa del Compromiso Eterno.
