Seine Absicht ist es, die gesamte Stadt zu zerstören und sie nach und nach in den Planeten Krypton zu verwandeln …
Un demonio llamado Karkull ataca Metrópolis luego de que escapara de su encierro, con poderes que Superman no puede combatir, el héroe se ve obligado a pedir ayuda a Destino (Doctor Fate), pero este se muestra desinteresado.
Efter att ha besökt Stålmannens isolerade tillhåll ser Bizarro förstörelsen av Krypton. I tron att detta är hans eget förflutna konstruerar Bizarro ett nytt "Krypton" i centrala Metropolis med avsikt att spränga det på samma sätt som Krypton exploderade.
