Farming brothers Ray and Ken are delighted by the arrival of a beautiful neighbour.
Ray must decide where his loyalties lie when the gorgeous Wendy asks him to save Todger's Copse, the local wood, while MrLetchworth, the andowner, is offering him money to see off the protesters. Meanwhile, a lesbian bird-watching couple come to stay on the farm, but are less than impressed with the "luxury" accomodation.
Wendy takes Ray in after he manages to knock a big hole in the side of his farmhouse. Farfrom being the answer to his prayers, he finds himself in a living, middle-class hell of tonic water, smoking restrictions and extremely annoying children.
When Ken discovers a discarded fortune, Ray hopes to fulfill his lifelong dream of buying a chopper.
Madness is rife around Sunnyside Farm, whether it be Letchworth's sheep or Wendy's husband, but things look up for Ray when Wendy asks him to provide his own brand of psychotherapy.
Ray, Wendy and Justin team up to try and stop Ken's marriage of convenience to Conchita.
