A fleet of space dragon ships have been attacking mining operations and stealing the Caburites. Space Ghost discovers that the space dragon ships were created by Repto who plans to use the Caburites in a plot to turn the refined Caburites into fuel for his space dragon ships in a plot to take over the galaxy.
