滷水乳鴿

阿蘇心血來潮,教煮她認為最自豪的、號稱「全香港No.1」的滷水乳鴿。首先阿蘇前往街市選購新鮮乳鴿,之後用汆水方法清潔難洗的乳鴿內臟,再製作她最引以為傲的滷水汁,最後將乳鴿煲至入味。顏色鮮亮的滷水乳鴿上碟後,工作人員們爭先恐後,連攝影師都不顧工作,一隻手攝影機,一隻手滷水乳鴿,阿蘇這次可要意氣風發了!
