Children keep dissolving into thin air. Even the members of the Science Ninja Team become eye witnesses to one of the disappearances. Ken follows some tire tracks on the ground and enters a mirror maze. There he discovers some snail mechas, but they become transparent and disappear.
Galactor is collecting children with strong brain waves in order to produce the brain wave monster Alphagila. The monster reads the secrets of the ISO in its institutions, and then destroys them. Nambu enhances Jun's brain waves for a while and makes her pose as a bait. The Science Ninja Team locates her radio signal, sneaks into the base beneath the mirror maze and saves the children.
I bambini continuano a dissolversi nel nulla. Anche i membri del Gruppo Scientifico Ninja diventano testimoni oculari di una delle sparizioni. Ken segue alcune tracce di pneumatici sul terreno ed entra in un labirinto di specchi. Lì scopre alcuni mecha lumaca, che però diventano trasparenti e scompaiono. Galactor sta raccogliendo bambini con forti onde cerebrali per produrre il mostro delle onde cerebrali Alphagila. Il mostro legge i segreti dell'ISO nei suoi istituti e poi li distrugge. Nambu potenzia le onde cerebrali di Jun per un po' e la fa apparire come un'esca. Il Gruppo Scientifico Ninja individua il suo segnale radio, si intrufola nella base sotto il labirinto di specchi e salva i bambini.

Los niños siguen disolviéndose en el aire. Incluso los miembros del equipo Science Ninja se convierten en testigos oculares de una de las desapariciones. Ken sigue algunas huellas de neumáticos en el suelo y entra en un laberinto de espejos. Allí descubre unas mechas de caracoles, pero se vuelven transparentes y desaparecen.
