ISO ships are attacked one after the other by Galactor's black ray. And because Ryu is napping in the God Phoenix, he cannot be mobilized.
Ryu feels responsible and gives Nambu his bracelet back, while shaking off his teammates who want to stop him. He then goes back to the fishing-village where he was born. During this time the fishing areas in the village become polluted through unknown causes. Since Ryu's father is the co-operative head, is blamed by the village people. Ryu tells his father to ask Nambu to analyse the sea water.
In the analysis, a matter is found which results from a process to produce metal. Nambu thinks it's Galactor's deed and arrives in the fishing village with the Science Ninja Team.
Le navi ISO vengono attaccate una dopo l'altra dal raggio nero di Galactor. E poiché Ryu sta sonnecchiando nella God Phoenix, non può essere mobilitato. Ryu si sente responsabile e restituisce a Nambu il suo braccialetto, scrollandosi di dosso i compagni di squadra che vogliono fermarlo. Torna quindi al villaggio di pescatori dove è nato. Durante questo periodo le aree di pesca del villaggio si inquinano per cause sconosciute. Poiché il padre di Ryu è il capo della cooperativa, viene incolpato dalla gente del villaggio. Ryu dice al padre di chiedere a Nambu di analizzare l'acqua del mare. Nell'analisi viene trovata una materia che deriva da un processo di produzione del metallo. Nambu pensa che si tratti di un'azione di Galactor e arriva al villaggio di pescatori con il Gruppo Scientifico Ninja.
竜が任務中に居眠りしたことによってゴッドフェニックスに合体出来ず、ISOの船舶が鉄獣に破壊されてしまった。竜は責任を取って自ら科学忍者隊を辞め、ブレスレットを返して故郷の漁村へ帰るのだが…。
Las naves ISO son atacadas una tras otra por el rayo negro de Galactor. Y debido a que Ryu está durmiendo la siesta en el Dios Fénix, no puede ser movilizado.
