The Rubbadubbers are animated bath toys who live in a bathroom. The bath toys teach children about the difficult realities of life and the negative aspects of dreaming about a better world. Each episode features one character being transported to a dream world in which a wish the character made (by saying "if only" followed by the wish) comes true. But the "if only" situation always ends badly for the character in the dream world. Another character then wishes another "if only" that brings the original wisher back from the dream world to the bathroom.
