Soldiers, led by Commander Calderi, have taken over the port of Fécamp. With the help of Jimmy and his sidekicks, Axelle, Youssef and André, Abigail tries to identify the source of electromagnetic disturbances in the sea, and the strange luminescence observed by Jimmy.
