Willie swoops in to VB3 in Jersey City to come to the aid of two cousins that opened up a high end Italian restaurant a year ago. Chef Mike is running the kitchen with precision, but his cousin Joe is having difficulties operating the restaurant and managing an unorganized staff. Without Willie's help, the doors will close and the cousins' million-dollar investment will disappear along with their business.

Après avoir eu deux pizzerias à succès, Joe Russo a ouvert le « VB3 ». Avec Mike en cuisine, chef de renom, Joe pensait que l'ouverture de cet établissement serait une affaire très rentable. Malgré une cuisine savoureuse et raffinée, les employés manquent d'implication et de formation. Le bar, très mal exploité, représente une grosse perte d'argent. Joe et Mike ont fait appel à Willie avant qu'il ne soit trop tard pour sauver leur affaire.
