Lily and Mario find Turtle collapse from sickness. They take him to the doctor, who diagnoses it as just a simple cold with fever. Mario believe it to be more serious, but can't afford to take him to a larger hospital. Turtle begs the old man to lend him 300,000 yet so he can help Lily start her dream. Mario boxes the American GI again, to get Turtle an appointment with an American doctor. The old man tells Turtle that he'll lend the money, if he can get repayment on a loan from someone dangerous.

リリィとマリオがスッポンの家を訪ねると、高熱で倒れているスッポンがいた。ただの風邪という医者の診断を疑うマリオ。スッポンを大きな病院で診察させるため、リリィらは米軍基地へと向かった。その中、スッポンは病院を抜け出し、「家族」のために大きな賭けに出るのだった…。

Lily y Mario encuentran que Turtle se derrumba por enfermedad. Lo llevan al médico, quien lo diagnostica como un simple resfriado con fiebre. Mario cree que es más grave, pero no puede permitirse llevarlo a un hospital más grande. Turtle le ruega al viejo que le preste 300,000 todavía para que pueda ayudar a Lily a comenzar su sueño.
