Visited by her mother Mama D, Divatox is inspired to take down the Turbo Rangers by removing their leader. While heading to the outskirts of Angel Grove to go camping with Adam, Justin, and Tanya, Tommy & Kat are ambushed by Piranahtron. A pair of young teens on a bus in the midst of moving to the area, T.J. (a wannabe professional baseball batter) and Cassie (a wannabe singing star), spot the disturbance and come to the Rangers' aid. But will they be too late to save Tommy? Meanwhile, the other three Ranger Teens must contend with both a Putrapod and the Flamite monster at their campsite.

Visite de sa mère, Mama D, Divatox décide d'éliminer les Turbo Rangers en éliminant leur chef. Alors qu'ils se dirigent vers les abords d'Angel Grove pour camper avec Adam, Justin et Tanya, Tommy et Kat sont pris en embuscade par Piranahtron. Deux jeunes adolescents, T.J. (un aspirant batteur de baseball professionnel) et Cassie (une aspirante chanteuse), se retrouvent dans un bus en plein déménagement et se portent au secours des Rangers. Mais arriveront-ils trop tard pour sauver Tommy ? Pendant ce temps, les trois autres Rangers adolescents doivent affronter un Putrapod et le monstre Flamite sur leur campement.
