After searching for Roy at a train station, Uruto spots him with Liko. They contact Dot, who informs them of the location of the next Rakurium sighting. There, Liko and Roy search for the Rakurium, unaware that Uruto has been following them. He falls into a hole, where he encounters an aggressive Haganeil. Liko and Roy engage in an intense battle, and another Haganeil joins the fray. However, they notice the two Haganeil start fighting each other before turning their attention to Liko. Just then, Pagogo emerges from its Poké Ball and saves Liko, much to her delight. After calming the situation with Hattrem's Heal Pulse, Roy introduces Uruto to Liko.
