レックウザに導かれ辿り着いたのは、天高くそびえる山。その麓にあるクムリタウンで、リコたちはラクアについての聞き込みを開始する。しかし、町で出会った少年・ユハから「町から出ていけ！」と詰め寄られてしまう。どうやら町には「黒いレックウザが現れると災いが起きる」という伝承があるらしく…！？
The Rising Volt Tacklers have finally set a course for Laqua, with the black Rayquaza leading the way. As they approach a towering mountain, they see a town and decide to land to search for more information. They encounter a young boy named Yuha who insists that the black Rayquaza only brings disaster, so Friede meets with Yuha’s great-great-grandmother to find out the truth. Meanwhile, Liko, Roy, Dot, and Yuha become trapped in a cave by a swarm of territorial Vibrava. After the young Trainers escape, the Rising Volt Tacklers regroup to resume their trek—could Laqua be just around the corner?

Os Trovonautas finalmente traçaram o rumo para Laqua, com o Rayquaza preto liderando seu caminho. Ao se aproximarem de uma enorme montanha, eles avistam uma cidade e decidem pousar para buscar mais informações. Lá, conhecem um garoto chamado Yuha, que insiste que o Rayquaza preto só traz desastres. Para entender melhor a história, Friede vai conversar com a trisavó de Yuha. Enquanto isso, Liko, Rain, Dot e Yuha acabam presos numa caverna cheia de Vibrava territoriais! Depois de conseguirem escapar, os Trovonautas se reúnem para continuar a jornada... Será que Laqua está logo ali?
Les Électacleurs Volants ont enfin mis le cap sur Laqua, avec le Rayquaza noir en tête. Alors qu'ils s'approchent d'une montagne imposante, ils aperçoivent une ville et décident d'atterrir pour chercher plus d'informations. Ils rencontrent un jeune garçon nommé Yuha, qui insiste sur le fait que le Rayquaza noir n'apporte que le désastre, mais Friede rencontre l'arrière-arrière-grand-mère de Yuha pour découvrir la vérité.
Auf ihrem Weg nach Laqua landen die Volttackle-Aeronauten in einem Dorf, um Informationen über das Schwarze Rayquaza zu sammeln. Yuha, ein Dorfbewohner, warnt sie vor dem Unheil, das es bringen soll. Während Friedel mit Yuhas Ururgroßmutter spricht, werden Liko, Rory, Dot und Yuha von Vibrava in einer Höhle festgehalten, können aber entkommen und die Mission wird fortgesetzt.
