Brock returns home to Pewter City to find that the gym has been converted from a Rock gym to a Water gym, by his mother. Now Brock has to fight to get the gym restored to it's normal state. Meanwhile, Brock ends up leaving his Pokemon with his little brother. He is off to the Hoenn Region.
Brock è tornato a Plumbeopoli dopo le sue avventure nella regione di Johto, ma trova suo padre Flint rintanato nella periferia della città. Il padre lo avverte che sta per succedere qualcosa di terribile.
Brock regresa a Ciudad Plateada, pero se sorprendió al descubrir que su madre ha vuelto, y ha convertido el Pokémon gimnasia en un gimnasio de tipo Agua. Ahora tiene que luchar para salvar el gimnasio para su hermano, Forrest.
Pierre, après avoir quitté ses amis Sacha et Ondine, retourne à Argenta. Il est accueilli par son père, Flint, qui tente de le dissuader d'entrer en ville. Il rentre malgré tout et découvre l'arène et sa maison totalement changés, l'arène étant devenue de type Eau sous l'impulsion de sa mère.
