Einige der Pokémon-Specials wurden zusammengefasst und als Pokémon Chroniken, im original als Pokémon Chronicles, veröffentlicht. Diese Episoden handeln überwiegend von wiederkehrenden Hauptcharakteren, die Ash auf seiner Reise getroffen hat. Sie spielen zeitlich nach Ashs Reise durch Johto, wodurch besonders Charaktere wie Richie, Misty und Rocko oder auch Casey und Sakura auftauchen. Daneben haben auch Pokémon aus Hoenn Auftritte, wobei diese von den Charakteren oftmals nicht erkannt werden, da die Hoenn-Region für sie unbekannt ist. Wie auch viele andere Specials wurden auch die Pokémon Chroniken nicht auf deutsch veröffentlicht.

Housou tells the tales of many events that happen in parallel with Ash and his journey. The tales range from what his old Pokemon are doing in Prof. Oak's lab, to the origins and secrets of Team Rocket, and the lives of past trainers he met such as Kenji, Hiroshi, and Shigeru. Each episode tells a chapter in that person's life.

Nove priče, nove avanture, do sada neviđene priče iz sveta Pokémona! Serijal obuhvata razne specijale koji se vrte oko Ešovih bivših saputnika i sporednih likova. Srpsku sinhronizaciju radio je Happy i izdata su dva dvd-a. Serijal nije sinkroniziran na hrvatski.

Crónicas Pokémon (Pokémon Chronicles en inglés, 週刊ポケモン放送局 Shūkan Pokémon Hōsōkyoku en japonés) son un conjunto de episodios especiales del anime, compuestos por algunos cortos de Pikachu, capítulos presentados en el programa japonés Shūkan Pokémon Hōsōkyoku y por el especial ¡La leyenda del trueno!

Mentre Ash Ketchum prosegue nel suo cammino per diventare il più grande Allenatore, molti altri affronteranno il loro viaggio nel mondo dei Pokémon: studiosi, professori, Capipalestra, reclute del Team Rocket, Allenatori e perfino Pokémon. Alcuni sono volti familiari, mentre altri sono nuovi; tuttavia, ciò che li accomuna è l'amore per l'avventura, soprattutto quando si tratta dei Pokémon!

Хроники - это то, что не вошло в основную сюжетную линию о приключениях Эша. В Хрониках расказывается про других героев, которые так или иначе связаны с приключениями Эша.

주간 포켓몬 방송국에서 2002년 12월부터 애니메이션의 주인공 한지우와 관계가 있는 인물을 주인공으로 한 애니메이션. 포켓몬스터 애니메이션 본편과는 별개의 이야기, 외전을 다루고 있다.
