Jinbei, Crocodile and Mr. 1 finally secure a Marine vessel to escape with, meanwhile Luffy continues his fight against Magellan with the assistance of Mr. 3's Doru Doru no Mi powers. Though at first the pair are confident they can beat the Warden with their combined abilities, Magellan - seeing the situation is becoming desperate - unleashes his ultimate technique, Venom Demon, which is so toxic it can even poison Mr. 3's wax. With Luffy's wax armour rendered useless the remaining escapees flee to the entrance with Magellan directly behind them. It is then that Ivankov, who managed to partially heal himself with the Horu Horu no Mi, comes bursting through the ground with Inazuma using Hell Wink. By clinging onto Ivankov's enlarged head while he uses another Hell Wink, Luffy and the others are finally able to breakout of Impel Down and be carried to the captured Marine ship by a school of Whale Sharks summoned by Jimbei, all seconds before being caught by Magellan who stares on in disbelief.
Jinbei, Crocodile et M. 1 ont finalement sécurisé un navire de la Marine avec lequel s'échapper, tandis que Luffy continue son combat contre Magellan avec l'aide des pouvoirs Doru Doru no Mi de M. 3. Bien qu'au début, les deux hommes soient convaincus de pouvoir battre le Gardien avec leurs capacités combinées, Magellan - voyant que la situation devient désespérée.
Mentre Jinbe, Crocodile, Mr. 1 e Bagy riescono ad impossessarsi di una nave della Marina, Magellan sfodera la sua tecnica più potente, il Venom Demon, che costringe i suoi avversari alla ritirata. Mr. 2 e gli altri detenuti vengono raggiunti all'entrata principale da Rufy e Mr. 3 prima e da Ivankov ed Inazuma poi. Anche Magellan arriva sul posto e, poco dopo, Jinbe, mediante il lumacofono, dice a tutti di gettarsi in mare. Ivankov, con un potente Hell Wink, riesce a far abbandonare a tutti la prigione lasciando il solo Magellan all'entrata principale. In quel momento, una flotta di squali balena, comandati da Jinbe, salva tutti impedendo loro di cadere in mare.
Magellan utiliza una técnica prohibida " Venom Demon " que derrite todo lo que toca, haciendo inútil la cera de Mr.3, esto los hace retroceder, Mr. 1 y Crocodile logran capturar un barco, pero no son capaces de volver a la cárcel con la suficiente rapidez, obligando a los fugitivos a idear un plan alternativo para llegar al barco. Ivankov se recupera de las intoxicaciones y llega a Luffy. Ivankov y los prisioneros caen al agua pero Jimbei llama a las ballenas tiburones para llevarlos al barco.
