Magellen begins to attack Luffy and Bon Kurei. Luffy tries to fight back but Bon Kurei does everything he can to make Luffy run away. Magellen then informs the two that they have blockaded the stair cases to Level 5 and Level 3. The 3 remaining Demon Guards and Sadi-Chan guard the Level 5 entrance . Hannybal and a group of guards blockade Level 3's entrance. Megellan then uses his Hydra attack and sends Luffy and Bon Kurei on the run(which Bon Kurei insist to distract the Warden disguised as Luffy, so the real Luffy could get away).
Magellen commence à attaquer Luffy et Bon Kurei. Luffy essaie de riposter mais Bon Kurei fait tout ce qu'il peut pour que Luffy s'enfuie. Magellen informe alors les deux qu'ils ont bloqué les escaliers menant aux niveaux 5 et 3.
Rufy inizia a battersi con Magellan nonostante Von Clay lo esorti a fuggire e si rende conto di non essere in grado di attaccare per via del corpo velenoso del suo avversario e dei suoi attacchi a lungo raggio. Mr. 2 esita ad aiutare Cappello di Paglia perché è conscio che il solo tentare lo porterebbe alla morte. Mr. 3 e Bagy tentano di fuggire verso il livello superiore, ma, nonostante Hannyabal sia disposto a lasciarli passare per mettere nei guai il Direttore, i due non si fidano ed attaccano lui e le guardie. Intanto, Rufy decide di sacrificare le sue mani per sconfiggere Magellan e lo colpisce con il Jet Bazooka, rimanendo avvelenato.
Luffy comienza la lucha contra Magellan a pesar de las advertencias de Bon Clay al huir, ve que es incapaz de pasar a la ofensiva, porque el cuerpo venenoso de Magellan y los ataques son a larga distancia. Bon Clay quiere ayudar, pero sabe que podría morir, y huye de la batalla. Mr. 3 y Buggy tratan de escapar a niveles más altos, y mientras Hannybal está dispuesto a dejar el pasado para dejar a Magellan en problemas. Luffy decide atacar, incluso si eso significa sacrificarse. Luffy usa el Gear Second, y hiere a Magellan pero es envenenado.
