Endlich haben Hancock und ihre Begleitung Ebene 3 erreicht und kommen somit nun in das Büro des Gefängnisleiters Magellan, dessen Mundgeruch fiese Nebenwirkungen hat. Währenddessen haben Ruffy und Buggy mit den Ungetümen auf Ebene 2 nahezu leichtes Spiel. Hancock and the others finally reach the office of Magellan, a large man who has eaten the Doku Doku no Mi (Poison Poison Fruit). Luffy and Buggy meanwhile find Level 2 to be filled with wild animals, but Luffy manages to handle them without too much trouble. Buggy manages to unlock several of the prisoner cells, and the two fugitives are joined by none other than Baroque Works officer agent Mr. 3.
Hancock et les autres atteignent enfin le bureau de Magellan, un grand homme qui a mangé le Doku no Mi (Poison Poison Fruit). Luffy et Baggy trouvent quant à eux le niveau 2 rempli d'animaux sauvages, mais Luffy parvient à les gérer sans trop de problèmes.

Luffy y Buggy se encuentran en el piso de las bestias salvajes del infierno y combaten a los monstruos. Luffy derrota al basilisco de gran alcance con un solo puñetazo usando el geard third, destruyendo un puesto de guardia en el proceso y alertando a la prisión. Hancock se reúne con Magellan, el jefe de la prisión que comió La Doku Doku no mi. Buggy logra liberar a algunos presos, con la esperanza de iniciar un motín y escapar en la confusión, pero el retorno de los prisioneros a sus celdas, aterrorizados por el "jefe" del nivel. Luffy y Buggy se encuentran con Mr. 3, que se ofrece a ayudarles a llegar hasta el tercer nivel. En la Sede de la Marina, Sengoku se sorprende de saber que Kuma no acabo con Luffy, y que Luffy esta infiltrado en Impel Down, pero confía en que será capturado. Sengoku recuerda al hombre que escapó de Impel Down, León de Oro Shiki.
