Tommy Richardson's wife, Laurie, stops by to pick up his time records as Tommy has transferred to another precinct. Laurie expresses some concerns about his behavior, especially after she catches him in a phone conversation with another woman; she also shows Bobby and Diane signs of physical abuse. Bobby and Diane contact the woman that Laurie caught Tommy having a phone conversation and interview her, but it leads to nothing but more trouble for Tommy's wife. Meanwhile, Greg and Jill look into death of a man who was shot and found in the bathtub of his former girlfriend. The ex-girlfriend's father is also on the scene and suffering from the electric shock he received while trying to use an electric chain saw in the bathtub. Sylvia accompanies Andy to the hospital where he is scheduled for his CAT scan. Unfortunately, the test starts to go bad when Andy begins to experience chest pains.
