Two maidens loyal to the Soldats, tested through trial, and appointed by ancient ritual- this is the true nature of Noir. As Altena recounts the history of the Soldats, the Council itself plots to move against her, and her idea of recreating Noir. Meanwhile, Chloe eagerly awaits as Kirika faces one last trial, hoping that the two of them will indeed prove worthy to become the next incarnation of the true Noir.
Mireille et Kirika doivent cette fois affronter l'épreuve ultime en se débarrassant des Soldats qui les attaquent dans leur appartement. A l'issue du combat, Chloe apparait. Elle est venue donner à Kirika le dernier fil conducteur qui lui permettra de trouver le chemin du Domaine où l'attend Altena...

Chloe regresa a la mansión. Altena y Chloe disfrutan de la cena juntos. Más tarde, Altena lee del Langonel manuscrito a Chloe como un cuento antes de dormir. Altena luego le da una misión de explicar todo a Mireille y Kirika. Mientras tanto, los miembros de alto rango de Les Soldats que se oponen a los planes de Altena deciden matar a Mireille y Kirika.
雾香与蜜丽优虽然回到了巴黎，但两人之间的鸿沟却越来越深。索达最高评议会为了抹杀这两人，因此决定派出精选的“骑士”。两人经过一番苦战後虽然顺利击退敌人，但黑江却又在此刻出现，并以“要给予最後的指标”为由将枪口朝向了雾香。
