Iwata Koichi and Kagawa Midori are second-year students at Tozaiyama High School. One day, while coming home from school, they discover a shooting star rising up in the sky. The next day, Midori sees a shining figure in school and everyone on the school grounds starts talking about a ghost. At that point, a mysterious transfer student called Yamazawa Norio suddenly arrives at the school and moves in to live next door to Koichi. Strange things begin to happen frequently around Koichi whenever Norio appears. The reason and objective of Norio's arrival in this world is gradually revealed.
Iwata Koichi et Kagawa Midori, deux amis d'enfance, sont dans la même classe en deuxième année lycée. Un soir, en rentrant ensemble, ils aperçoivent des étoiles filantes bien particulières. En effet, au lieu de tomber vers la Terre, elles semblent s'en éloigner...
Mais pour le moment Koichi a d'autres problèmes : Ehara Shozo, le vieillard qui habite seul dans l'appartement voisin commence à montrer d'inquiétants signes de sénilité et semble n'avoir personne pour s'occuper de lui. Alors que Koichi et sa famille commence à se demander que faire, un jeune garçon prénommé Yamazawa Norio et qui se présente comme le petit-fils d'Ehara vient s'installer chez son grand-père.
Lorsque Koichi le rencontre, Norio a un comportement particulièrement bizarre et tient des propos étranges. Il se révèle finalement avoir le même âge que Koichi et finit même par atterrir dans le même lycée.
高校2年の岩田広一（中村蒼）は、幼馴染で同級生の香川みどり（桜井美南）と不思議な流れ星を見る。 その夜、広一は隣に住む一人暮らしの江原正三（ミッキー・カーチス）から「部屋に見知らぬ誰かが何人もいる」など奇妙なことを言われ戸惑う。翌日体育倉庫で着替えをしたみどりは、盗撮していた大森健次郎（宮里駿）を発見し揉めていると、突然幽霊らしき物体が！担任の大谷先生（京野ことみ）は生徒たちと現場検証を始める。
岩田廣一（中村蒼飾）和香川綠（櫻井美南飾）是東西山高中的二年級學生，在某一天放學的路上，兩人發現了天空中有流星飛過。為什麼有流星出現呢？第二天，綠在學校看到了發光的人影，校園裡便流傳出有幽靈存在。正在此時，名為山澤典夫（本鄉奏多飾）的少年出現了。典夫是廣一鄰居江原家的孫子，而且在次日成為了岩田班上的轉校生。伴隨著典夫出現的同時 ，周圍開始頻繁發生各種奇怪的事。本劇以謎一樣的轉校生典夫，以及廣一和綠為主線展開，典夫究竟是什麼人，他來自哪一個世界，一切真相正漸漸明朗起來 。
