いち日を料理長に据え、心機一転、再出発を果たした料亭「桑乃木」。初めは一向に伸びなかった客足だが、周の提案で売り出したマドレーヌが評判になったことで、店の営業も徐々に軌道に乗り始める。さらに、桑乃木で毎年開催されていたお月見会の依頼が舞い込み、新料理長として大いに腕を振るういち日。しかし、お月見会に参加する常連の茶道家・藤原(小野武彦)は、いち日の作る料理に難色を示して……。

Although initially, the number of customers did not increase, when Amane proposed to sell her madeleines, the dish became popular, and the business began to take off. Soon, Ichika was asked to host the annual moon-viewing party at Kuwanoki, and she showcased her culinary skills brilliantly as the new head chef.
