Michael gibt Junior die Chance, in seiner Firma anzufangen. Allerdings stellt sein Sohn ziemlich hohe Ansprüche: Er möchte sofort als Junior-Chef einsteigen. Diese Vorstellung findet bei Michael wenig Anklang - er lässt Junior erst mal Toiletten putzen. Doch der hat bereits einen Plan und versucht, hinter Michaels Rücken die Angestellten auf seine Seite zu ziehen. Als Michael davon Wind bekommt, muss Junior einiges über sich ergehen lassen.
Michael wants Jr. to learn the family business by starting at the bottom, so he assigns Jr. to do menial jobs around Kyle Trucking. Jr., however, decides to use the fact that he's the boss' son to his advantage and convinces other employees to do his work for him. Meanwhile, Claire arranges a secret date with a guy she met on the Internet in a Shakespeare chat room.
Michael veut que Junior prenne ses responsabilités et le fait commencer par un job à l'échelle la plus basse de l'entreprise. Mais Junior profite du fait d'être le fils du patron et convainc les autres employés de faire le travail à sa place...
