Situated in a water meadow in north Dorset, rare breed farmers Liam and Hannah's 1930s shepherd's hut was bought for just £5 almost 40 years ago, but it's seen better days. Simon and the team help them to restore the rare hut and turn this originally humble dwelling into the perfect getaway.

Simon orders the demolition of the original bender and sets about designing a place built almost entirely with hazel harvested from the surrounding woodland and upcycled or reused materials.
