GENESIS' second attack cripples the Earth Alliance's reinforcements and destroys their Ptolemaeus lunar base. The Three Ships Alliance save the PLANTs from the second wave of nukes. Mu fights Rau in the ZGMF-X13A Providence while Kira and Athrun fight the Forbidden, Raider, and Calamity. On the Dominion, Natarle becomes fed up with Muruta and orders the crew to escape. Muruta fires at the Archangel , but Mu sacrifices himself to protect them. In revenge, the Archangel fires and destroys the Dominion.
La moitié des forces de l'Alliance a été anéantie lors du dernier tir de Genesis. Murta Azrael donne alors l'ordre au reste de sa flotte de détruire les PLANT.
L'Archangel tente d'intercepter les vaisseaux terriens et se retrouve face au Dominion. Maryu et Natale vont se livrer une bataille décisive.
GENESIS distrugge i rinforzi terrestri, e vaporizza la base lunare; Rau Le Creuset esce con il suo nuovo Providence Gundam.

“创世纪”发动了第二波攻击，直接摧毁了月面基地，从月面基地出发的地球联合军舰队也被全灭。断绝了后路和援军的主天使号在阿兹拉艾尔的坚持下只得孤军奋战。
在激烈的战斗中，M1 Astray小队成员大半阵亡，使得卡嘉莉的种能力觉醒；禁断高达和灾厄高达相继被赶来协助的决战高达和正义高达击毁；穆所驾驶的强袭高达在与克鲁泽驾驶的神翼高达的对决中受损，不得不暂时撤回大天使号。
大天使号和主天使号仍然在持续地互相攻击。娜塔尔不愿意再继续这种毫无意义的战斗，在阿兹拉艾尔举枪威胁下仍然下令全员弃船，结果自己被阿兹拉艾尔射杀。
阿兹拉艾尔单独对大天使号发动了最后的进攻，穆驾驶强袭高达为大天使号挡住了这致命的一击，自己却壮烈牺牲（其实没死）。万分痛苦的玛琉下令击毁了主天使号。
Die Erdallianz hat keine Chance sich zu wehren und GENESIS zerstört die Luna-Basis mit ihrem zweiten Schuss. Muruta Azrael befiehlt daraufhin sofort einen erneuten Atomangriff auf die PLANTs und Lacus zeigt sich darüber mehr als schockiert.
El segundo ataque de GENESIS paraliza los refuerzos de la Alianza Terrestre y destruye su base lunar de Ptolemaeus. La Alianza de los Tres Barcos salva a las PLANTAS de la segunda oleada de armas nucleares. Mu lucha contra Rau en el ZGMF-X13A Providence mientras Kira y Athrun luchan contra Forbidden, Raider y Calamity. En el Dominio, Natarle se harta de Muruta y ordena a la tripulación que escape. Muruta dispara al Arcángel, pero Mu se sacrifica para protegerlos. En venganza, el Arcángel dispara y destruye el Dominio.
