街の真ん中にそびえる巨大なブロッコリー“神樹”がみおろす調味市。塩中学校では進路希望を提出する季節になり、生徒たちは様々な思いをめぐらせている。それぞれが夢や希望を語る中、何も浮かばない自分の進路に悩むモブ。そんな折、除霊に訪れた依頼人の語る半生を聞き、モブと芹沢はどこか自分を重ねて不安になっていく。やがて、依頼人の怨念は街中に蔓延、生霊が巨大化し家を破壊してしまう。除霊にやっきになる霊幻…一方、モブと芹沢はさらなる不安に襲われて——！？
A giant broccoli known as the Divine Tree grows in the middle of the city and looks down upon Seasoning City. It's time to fill out surveys about career paths at Salt Middle School and the students are filled with various feelings. While they all talk about their hopes and dreams, Mob can't seem to think of anything himself.

調味市的正中央，聳立著一顆青花菜神樹。鹽國中正值提交升學志願的季節，學生們各有不同的想法。在眾人暢談夢想與希望時，路人卻煩惱自己根本毫無想法。這時候前來委託除靈的委託人說出自己大半輩子的故事，路人和芹澤聽了，總覺得與自己很相像，不禁感到不安。最後委託人的怨念蔓延到鎮上，生靈巨大化，到處破壞房子。路人和芹澤看著除靈已經得心應手的靈幻，陷進不安的漩渦中……
