Yoichi's soba noodles are made with tofu as a binder and green buckwheat flowers. Motivated by the Aji Shogun Shopping Center's offensive, the people of the shopping district offer to help Yoichi and Kane-san with their delivery, but the essential soup is not ready. While brainstorming ideas at a coffee shop, Yoichi comes up with an idea when he sees someone making coffee.
つなぎに豆腐を使い、青そばの花を入れた陽一の蕎麦が完成。味将軍ショッピングセンターの攻勢に奮起した商店街の人々が、陽一と金さんに出前を手伝うと申し出るが、肝心のつゆがまだできていなかった。
