She taunted him by pouring water on the ground instead of giving it to him, and then asked if he was going to tell on her. She then went into her car and left without him. The interrogated had a line up of three people, and the man had to say if any of them were the suspect. They all said the line "are you gonna tell on me?" and Kills was seemingly chosen.
