Sweep

After Lou sees an Immigration Department sweep of his favorite Mexican restaurant, the Tribune uncovers a grim and unsettling picture of what's happening to illegal aliens. At the same time, Lou has to cope with a new addition to the city room staff ? Mrs. Pynchon's spoiled niece ? who turns out to be ill-equipped for the job of copy girl.

Lou Grant erlebt, wie sein Lieblingslokal, ein Mexikaner, Ziel einer Razzia der Zuwanderungsbehörde wird. Die Trib enthüllt daraufhin ein sehr unschönes Bild der Behörden im Umgang mit illegalen Zuwanderern. Zugleich hat Lou auch wieder ein Problem in der Redaktion zu lösen, denn die verwöhnte Nichte von Mrs. Pynchon ist als Zeitungsredakteurin total fehlbesetzt. (Text: Tele 5)
