The team sees a train full of ice cream, which is driven by Mr. Penguin. He wants to deliver all the ice cream to his best friend's birthday party; however, his train breaks down. Now, it is up to Rocket and the team to help Mr. Penguin deliver all the ice cream cars before the ice cream melts in the sun.
