Paulas Schulranzen ist so voll gepackt, dass sie ihn kaum tragen kann. Die Schlepperei stinkt ihr gewaltig. Faul wie sie ist, sucht sie nach einer Lösung, und schon hat ihr Hund Flinki den Ranzen auf dem Rücken. Durch seine wilde Hopserei verliert er allerdings den gesamten Inhalt. Paula beschließt ihren Ranzen doch lieber per Post zu schicken. Zu dumm, dass er nicht im Postauto, sondern auf dem Dach eines Busses landet. Ob Paula auf Toms Fahrrad den Bus einholen wird?
