Carly, Sam und Freddie bekommen die Möglichkeit, mit dem bekannten Kampfsportler Jackson Colt ein Interview zu machen. Und zwar backstage während einer Martial-Arts-Veranstaltung. Aber sowohl Freddies Mutter als auch Spencer möchten nicht, dass die drei zu so einer brutalen Veranstaltung gehen. Daher engagieren sie Doppelgänger, setzen sie ins iCarly-Studio und gehen trotz des Verbotes hin.
Carly, Sam & Freddie are thrilled when they are invited to a mixed martial arts fight to do an iCarly bit filmed backstage, though Spencer refuses to let them go (though not before doing a segment where they present look-alikes of themselves). Upset, they decide to sneak out and leave Spencer with their look-alikes. All goes well until Freddie's software malfunctions, causing Spencer to catch them. Meanwhile, Spencer builds a large version of newton balls with bowling balls.
