Tom assigns Steph the task of launching TerraCycle's Public Locations Pilot Program in the United States, replicating the success they had with it in the United Kingdom. Steph must recruit and motivate a volunteer to hit certain benchmarks and quick. It's not an easy job, but the goal is to prove this program's viability to their partner, Malt-O-Meal, on a small scale before they commit to a nationwide roll out. Meanwhile, Rhandi has hired a new salesperson to the team, Rich, and Dan immediately sizes him up. Dan and Rhandi learn that Rich is an old-school salesman.
