In the meeting it is revealed that the executive team is looking to sell a portion of TerraCycle to help the company grow. Tony is tasked with creating the perfect deck to present to investors. In an added bombshell, Tom tells Tony to keep this information under wraps. Meanwhile, Dean meets with Tom to discuss Dara's upcoming ten-year anniversary with the company. Because Dara is the first TerraCycle employee to reach this milestone, Dean suggests celebrating it with a surprise party.
