The Racing Drones have stolen the Wheel of Power, and plan to win all the powerful AcceleChargers in the Racing Realms. Rivaling teams, the Teku and Metal Maniacs, are contacted by Dr. Tezla to race in the realms and put a stop to the Racing Drones.
The drivers enter the next realm, an underground labyrinth known as the Cavern Realm.
The denizens of the Cavern Realm attack the drivers.
The teams take on the heat of the Lava Realm.
The gang tries to save Taro from a fiery fate.
The two competing teams, the Teku and the Metal Maniacs, continue to enter new realms in search of more AcceleChargers. The teams face new challenges along the way including terrifying new Drone technology known as Sweepers and the appearance of a mysterious fourth party known only as the Silencerz.
As a new realm appears, a Drone sneaks into the Acceledrome and ambushes Dr. Tezla.
The Drones send in another Sweeper to clean up the Cliffside Realm.
Kurt must race to save an unsuspecting Shirako from a Drone sabotage attack before it's too late.
Taro enters the Ice Realm only to find the track frozen over in solid ice.
A crash leaves Taro stranded and searching for a way to get back in the race.
After successfully getting back on track, Taro finds himself targeted by expected -and unexpected - enemies.
The Teku and Metal Maniacs continue to race through new realms, finally encountering the Silencerz directly. Dr. Tezla reveals this is not his first run-in with them and details his past with the team. Meanwhile, leadership in the Metal Maniacs is challenged as Wylde's anger with Tork boils over. Everything comes to a head once the Junk Realm appears, which devolves into a free-for-all between the Teku, the Metal Maniacs, the Drones, and the Silencerz all while Markie and Kurt swear to settle their sibling feud once and for all.
The Wheel of Power takes the drivers to the Ruins Realm, a thick jungle filled with ancient ruins.
Giant stone colossi awaken in the ruins to wreak havoc on both the humans and the Drones.
Dr. Tezla translates the inscriptions found in the Ruins Realm, revealing the origin and purpose of the Racing Drones.
Low gravity and meteor storms welcome the drivers to the Cosmic Realm.
The Drones arrive with an army of vehicles, and to make matters worse the Accelechargers no longer appear to function!
The drivers prepare to enact their ultimate plan.
With their rivalry settled and differences set aside, Teku and the Metal Maniacs team up to infiltrate the Drone HQ and rescue Wylde. At the same time, the Drones launch a massive attack on the Acceledrome and capture everyone still inside. With all the Accelechargers united, the Wheel of Power configures itself to open one final new portal. With the fate of the world hanging in the balance, Kurt must overcome all odds to defeat Gelorum, save his friends, and win the Ultimate Race!
