政治家を志す苦学生、本多・正純は、餓死寸前で倒れているところをパン屋兼軽食屋「青雷亭」で働く自動人形・P-01sに発見され、店内へ保護される。三年梅組に馴染めずにいた正純は、青雷亭店主から後悔通りを調べるようアドバイスをもらうのだった。一方その梅組では、葵・トーリが告白前夜祭として、夜の教導院での肝試しを提案する。
それぞれの思いが動き始める中、武蔵は暗雲漂う三河へと到着する――。
