Wordsworth is convinced he has a rare cat disease which Riff Raff read about in the paper, so the gang take him to a cat witch-doctor who tells them the only cure is an alligator hair. The cats risk their lives in a swamp before returning to tell the doc that alligators don't have hair. No matter, Wordsworth seems better.
Chatterton est persuadé qu'il a attrapé un virus très rare dont on lui a parlé après avoir lu des histoires effrayantes dans les journaux. La bande des Entrechats emmène Chatterton chez un guérisseur de chats qui leur révèle que le seul remède pour le guérir est un poil d'alligator !!! Les Entrechats risquent leur vie dans des marais pour, enfin, s'apercevoir que les alligators n'ont pas de poil...
