Nikki is furious when Kurt continuously puts his love for the environment ahead of her. However, he reveals the cause of his fanaticism: a seal at the Aquarium is on the brink of death because it swallowed a plastic bag, and Nikki and Kurt decide they will have to find a compromise between their private lives and their love for the environment. Ryan tries to impress Nikki with his record company contacts but, when they let him down, he is left to pay. Anita takes Sarah under her wing, including her in all dates with Drazic. Draz, annoyed by their constant threesomes, sabotages Sarah's promise to Kath to be home early and Sarah is grounded for a month. Draz is not in Anita's good books. Mai is being stalked by a new boy at school but all is not what it seems and Mai gets caught up in a potentially dangerous situation.
Nikki reproche à Kurt son trop grand dévouement pour l’environnement. Lorsqu’il lui montre un phoque en train de mourir après avoir avalé un sac plastique qu’il avait pris pour une méduse, elle change d’avis sur le sujet.
Anita n’arrête pas de demander à Sarah si elle veut sortir avec eux, ce qui ennuie Drazic. Il complote pour que Sarah ait des problèmes avec Kath.
Un jour il arrive déguisé en loubard pour tenter d’effrayer la mère de Sarah et il s’arrange pour qu’elles rentrent tard pour qu’elle ait des problèmes, mais cela en provoque aussi à Anita.
Nikki is woedend wanneer Kurt voortdurend zijn liefde voor het milieu voorrang geeft. Hij onthult echter de oorzaak van zijn fanatisme: een zeehond in het aquarium staat op de rand van de dood omdat hij een plastic zak heeft ingeslikt en Nikki en Kurt besluiten dat ze een compromis moeten vinden tussen hun privéleven en hun liefde voor het milieu. Ryan probeert indruk te maken op Nikki met zijn contacten met de platenmaatschappij. Anita neemt Sarah onder haar vleugels en neemt haar mee in alle dates met Drazic. Draz, geïrriteerd door hun constante trio, saboteert Sarah's belofte aan Kath om vroeg thuis te zijn en Sarah krijgt een maand huisarrest. Mai wordt gestalkt door een nieuwe jongen op school, maar het is niet wat het lijkt.
