It's Da's birthday and Ma and Cal have cooked him a special meal but Da chooses to go out with his MLA friends. On top of that Ma and Cal have money problems even more so after buying 'real meat' and Chardonnay for Da's birthday meal. Strangely, however, Da doesn’t. Da is really enjoying life as an assembly man and goes out and buys a new car and cigars. Then his expenses are queried!
