This week, Billy has an embarrassing problem and for once it’s not his Uncle Andy, it’s his klutz of a new partner Dexter. Dexter has been dispatched to Belfast by the FBI to help the RUC fight Northern Ireland’s growing drug problem. Dexter is lean, mean and absolutely incompetent. He is the type of cop who makes Inspector Clouseau look like Sherlock Holmes. Still, what do you expect from a cop whose last big case was OJ Simpson! Do they solve the case, or should that be more of a case of methods and madness?
