Dadurch wird Sonny klar, welchen Zweck Netherball erfüllt – die Sphäre ist der Schlüssel. Bleylock mischt den dort von den Spielern abgenommenen Flux zusammen und schafft damit eine äußerst mächtige Waffe. Aarch announces the new assistant coach for the Snow Kids – Artegor Nexus! Artegor quickly whips the Snow Kids into shape by putting Yuki in Tia’s vacant position. Artegor and D’Jok are not friends, but Artegor does seem to want to help the captain of the Snow Kids. In space, Tia, Sonny and his gang approach the Technoid prison barge…but how will they get in?
Dame Simbaï informe les Pirates que l'explosion sur la planète Shadows serait due à une bombe de Fluide. Sonny comprend petit à petit en quoi consiste la sphère du Netherball et que Bleylock utilise la sphère pour ses plans diaboliques. Artégor Nexus, après la disparition du Smog, rejoint les Snow Kids en tant qu'assistant de Aarch, à la surprise générale. Il s'avère être exigeant et permet à l'équipe de progresser. Tia est partie avec Sonny vers la prison de la Technoïde afin de délivrer ses parents.
La Squadra si trova nei guai grazie a Tia che ha lasciato la squadra temporaneamente per salvare i suoi genitori rinchiusi ingiustamente.
