Joey mischt sich immer wieder in ein Werbespotprojekt von Jesse ein, und hat damit auch noch Erfolg - das ist zuviel für Jesse! Für einen Werbespot über ein Haftpulver für Gebissträger braucht Jesse zwei Backgroundsängerinnen und engagiert dafür zwei Mädchen namens Stacey und Cindy. Joey, der sich ganz ausgezeichnet mit Stacey zu verstehen scheint, mischt sich immer wieder in die Arbeit zu dem Spot ein. Schließlich schlägt er Jesse vor, doch lieber einen witzigen Werbespot zu drehen, aber Jesse hat längst die Nase voll von Joeys Ratschlägen und bleibt bei seinem Entwurf. Leider sind die Kunden bei der Präsentation wenig enthusiastisch. Als daraufhin Joey ohne Absprache seine Version zum Besten gibt, reagieren sie hingegen vollauf begeistert. Nun ist Jesse jedoch maßlos sauer auf seinen Freund!

Stacy, who feels the same way about Joey, notices how bossy Jesse is to Joey while they're at work making commercials, so she encourages Joey to refuse to be bossed around by Jesse all the time. When a presentation that's based on an idea by Jesse is rejected, Joey substitutes his own idea for the presentation, and Joey's version of the presentation is not rejected. This leaves Jesse angry and feeling like the odd man out, and Jesse takes it out on Joey and Stacy, until Danny helps Jesse realize that he is too bossy, and Joey was right to assert himself, so Jesse apologizes to Joey and Stacy and promises that he'll try not to be so bossy to Joey anymore. Meanwhile, Comet, as playful as he is, has a habit of damaging things that are lying around the house, and Stephanie's favorite stuffed toy, Mr. Bear, is Comet's latest victim. Fortunatel
