In the world and in the Catholic community today, there are two competing frameworks within which to study the origins of man, the animal kinds, the Earth, and the universe. The two frameworks are the Naturalistic, Uniformitarian Framework and the Supernatural, Creation-Providence Framework. Episode One introduces the two frameworks and explains why the divinely-revealed Supernatural Framework is superior to the Naturalistic Framework and why it is also a fundamental element ofthe Holy Catholic Faith.

Episode 3 Part 1: The Genesis account of creation and the early history of mankind forms the firm foundation of the Catholic Faith. These truths are as integral to the Gospel as the moral perfection of Our Lord Jesus Christ and His Resurrection. Indeed, these truths are even more fundamental, because without the doctrine of a very good creation marred by sin, the very notion of mankind’s need for a Redeemer involving the Passion, Death and Resurrection of Christ could be called into question.

An “icon of evolution” is an image that is said to be a powerful piece of evidence for the microbe-to-man evolutionary hypothesis; biology textbooks typically contain up to a dozen or so icons that are said to be “proofs” of evolution, but all are refuted in the scientific literature, as demonstrated by this episode of “Foundations Restored.”
Episode 6 Part 1: What is the evolutionary mechanism that allegedly changed a one-celled organism into a human body over hundreds of millions of years? In this episode, experts will examine the claim that genetic mutations and natural selection over millions of years can produce new organs and functions and transform one kind of organism into an entirely different kind of organism. This examination will demonstrate that genetic mutations destroy genetic information and that the entire biosphere is characterized by devolution, not evolution.
