Mamori tries to help Sena, and Sena can't find enough time to change into Eyeshield 21! So after school, he practices by himself by the riverside. After catching a cold because of training in the rain, Sena is forced to stay home during the Ojou vs. Gunmen game. Deciding to go, he manages to get there about halfway through the game, when Riku and Shin are in a showdown, but problems start when Mamori spots him and urges him to go home. Then, shy Sena says the words that Mamori was sure she would never hear: "Leave me alone! I want to be here right now!"
決戦が目前に迫り、泥門デビルバッツのメンバー達は気合の入った練習を続けていた。だがセナだけは、いまだまもりに自分がアイシールド21だと告げられずにいるため、主務としての仕事に追われ、練習もままならない日々…。そんな時、ひとり自主トレを始めたセナの前に、王城ホワイトナイツとの決勝戦に挑む西部ワイルドガンマンズの陸が現れる。関東大会出場を決めている陸に対し、ますます負けられないという思いを強くするセナだったが…。
Cuando Mamori decide ayudar a Sena en sus tareas de secretario, todo se le complica ya que no tiene tiempo suficiente para poder cambiarse a Eyeshield 21, sin embargo cuando va de camino a casa, se da cuenta que la única manera de entrenar sin que lo este molestando Mamori es, entrenar a lado del río, sin embargo cuando van a ir a ver la final del Torneo de Tokio -Oujo v.s. Seibu-, Sena se enferma por haber entrenado durante la lluvia, sin embargo de última hora Sena decide ir al partido, sin embargo cuando Mamori se da cuenta que Sena está allí, lo intenta llevar a casa, pero él le contesta lo que nunca Mamori creería escuchar "Dejame solo Mamori".
