Poonam helps a lady in getting her son treated in a government hospital. Mangaladevi becomes upset with Poonam for not returning home on time. Poonam apologises to Mangaladevi, and cheers her. Parul, Vidya and Ambika meet Poonam in her office. They reach the municipality office, and learn that the peon has failed to find the file. Poonam and her friends search for the file. They overhear the peon's telephonic conversation, and enquire him. The peon informs Poonam about the threat call.
