The principal of the school becomes upset with Poonam. Poonam promises the students that she will build a new school for them. She decides to meet the education minister regarding the school, and prepares a presentation for the same. Poonam learns that a piece of land had been allotted to the school. She visits the municipality office, and instructs the concerned person to search for the land allotment file. A peon of the municipality office receives a threat call to destroy the file.
