Mr. Kapoor arrives at Aakash's house, along with the police, to collect his money. He agrees to give three week's time to Aakash, to return the money. Shashikanth learns about Aakash's debt. He decides not to sell the ancestral house, and orders Aakash to repay the debt on his own. Kamal wants to impress Poonam. Shashikanth motivates Aakash to repay the debt. Aakash promises not to break Shashikanth's trust. Poonam becomes shocked on finding Kamal in her bedroom.
